What we do, why and how?
We’re passionate about helping our clients recover from burn out and in reducing their chronic stress levels so they can live a longer, happier and healthier life.
Conventional medical systems are poorly resourced for a proactive approach to the lifestyle aspects of stress and hence preventing its’ potentially devastating health problems.
As Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physicians and qualified Wellness Coaches we know the value of getting to the root cause of problems and the benefit of a 360° personalised approach moving forward to ensure success.
Our experience as doctors on two continents has opened our eyes to innovation in wellness and the need for individuals and populations to be empowered in reducing their chronic stress levels to improve their wellbeing.
We aim to help people feel and live better, with a focus on preventing and improving chronic disease by improving their stress management. We help facilitate behaviour improvements – with a focus on long-lasting change.
All our plans are customised to your needs and we can discuss this further with you.Coaching Services Coaching Plans

Paul and Amanda have spent the last few years living in New Zealand, initially in a small town called Wanganui, before moving to run a rural GP surgery in coastal West Auckland. Whilst working in NZ as GPs they became aware of the growing wellness movement in Australasia; and both began to take a keen interest in it both personally and professionally – becoming Health and Wellness Coaches. Their focus on the impacts of stress, burn out and its management have become their passion and specialty.
Paul and Amanda both enjoy the outdoors, cross-fit and scuba diving. Paul has a fascination with sharks and aviation; and Amanda with nature and the ocean. They both continue to work as NHS GPs and live in Durham, England; they are excited about developing stress management services and wellness further in the UK.
